working on sunday?

Is support working on sunday, cus im still waiting for them to transfer my chars.
Then I can finally play my NC1 chars after a couple weeks of not playing but paying! :o

lol still not got ur chars dest, that sucks. But isnt the time for upgrading ur account and transfering your chars over since friday?

I mailed friday, then I got this mail back with to smooth things out bla bla, and didnt heard anything since.
They making some new char transfer thing or so, meanwhile the support can transfer the chars....

UPDATE:
We are working on a system to transfer Neocron 1 characters to newly created Neocron 2 accounts. This will allow users, that have so far been unable to use the account upgrade option, to transfer their Neocron 1 characters once they have their Neocron 2 accounts sorted out. Until we can automate this system, the support department will attempt to manually transfer NC1 characters to NC2 accounts.

Stephen Bast does not work on sundays. He is the only person who can transfer characters - only people in the German office can do this type of thing.

What's stopping is the cheaper upgrade option. Upgrades per se are still possible.
