Ok, so I patch up, and login, like 7 times in a row cause of the stupid right click
bug, then i sync, so another 4 attemps before i'm in. I zone out, finally, walk
around for 5 mins checking out my pistol PE to see any changes, I get a FRE.
I was a bit frustrated to say the least, and the FRE message box doesnt really
say much, so why not do something about it. The reason for this post it that
my gf had some faulty RAM, so while playing WoW the game crashed alot before
we realised what it was. Now say what you will, but their error handling thingy
is pretty damn nice.
If the game crashes, you get to choose to either just ignore it, or fill in a little
description of what you were just doing, and press send. Your description is
sent to blizzard along with the error log.
This really shouldnt be that hard to implement, and would probably come in very
handy in alot of occasions to backtrace some patch related problems. The
error log is allready created, so just a better form with optional text and a
send button to send in your error log. You could just have them sent via
email to a special inbox, or make a quick little server to store them.
