How much PC to cap a Libby?

Uh, i`d say depending on the Quality of the Liberator between 166 and 170

Class and other skills you want to use will affect the balance you choose.

170 PC and 100 Wep gave me capped dmg, freq, range and about 200% aim

161 pc and 133 wep give me capped dmg, capped freq and 250ish aiming on a 114% dmg ultimated libby.

163 PC and 137 weapon lore on a libby artifact give me capped damage, freq and aiming

I would start a new post, but while this one is on the topic of pistol stats, does anyone know what WEP it takes to cap aiming on a slasher? I know the WEP required for pistols has been the centre of much controversy lately and i'm yet to make a pistol spy myself.
I get bored at work, and since i can't play NC there.. i just make setups and read forums instead :lol: any help is appreciated but if you know the amount needed for an artifact 120% all-round slasher that would be perfect :)

185 pc and about 150 wep doesnt cap my slasher, but its only 112% handling. I get very close to cap aiming on my ultimated executioner though, so i dont think you`d need much more.

Its still way too much though. o_O

Pistol aiming is borked. As in officially borked.

A libby will probably cap around 100 wep and 165-170 PC.
