My Login Server error message

has anyone had this error message from the Login server:


CONNECTION REJECTED BY NETHOST: CHARACTER DATA WAS DAMAGED. TRYING TO RETRIEVE LAST AUTOMATIC BACKUP. PLEASE RELOG.

I get this from a char., I transferred over from NC1 to Pandore. I did it last year and have never managed to solve the problem.

Any clues, as I don't really want to delete the char.

I emailed accounts@gemini.edu yesterday but had no reply (Email below). I did email them last year and got no reply, and then I forgot about it myself until now.

Quand j'essaie entre le serveur avec ce caractère, la client.exe me donne le message:

Il y a ce probleme seulement avec le charactuer SERO QWERTY sur Pandore. Je n'ai pas de probleme avec d' autres serveurs ou caracteres.

Ce caractereètait transferé de NC1. C'est dans cet ètat depuis Octobre 2004.

Pourriez-vous resoudre le probleme, car maintenant ce n'est pas possible d'utiliser ce caractere.
