Actually paybycash cant upgrade Neocron 1 accounts.
You can only reactivate closed (and payed) neocron 2 accounts via paybycash or create a total new account.

I thought it was only; Create NC2 account ---> transfer chars from old NC1 account.

Does that mean u didnt upgrade ur account(s) and didnt sort out what u was going to transfer over from nc1 to nc2?

If its just an upgrade problem, speak to a friend who has got NC2 up and running, offer him cash for him to upgrade .... then he can cancel after upgrade and you can cash and win (What ever it is called)

It took me about 50 hours just to download the client i had real trouble doing that i used a program that would start the download from where it stopped if it timed out... it timed out around 160 times :)

and that was the only site that worked for me.
