Well i have thought about it n i think that the pepper guards should be removed cept maybe 1 patrolling cop or storm in each zone, the patrolling factor gives ppl a chance to hide out the way when they pass.

I was thinking today and pepper imo was the duelers spot all the time u went to pepper 1 u could almost guarentee some enemy would be stood there or your allies n a fight would be occuring.
Also i think it allows anti city to get right up near plaza to stage attacks and maybe actually take some of the current allied gankers into pepper to actually fight some reds but also it allows reds to get near reds if ya get ma meaning.

I just dont see any point atm in it being riddled with ca guards since theres not alot happenin n the remainin hq's are secret, also move a faction back there like tsu, give crahn oz 5 and bd maybe a revamped sector of the ind area (drug production) so we have spread out wars lol

I hear you and I agree , infact all gaurds should be removed period NPC is not multiplayer, The carebears need to go play the Sims-online no PvP in it but has everything they want....

I have not played in weeks now due to the fact I got not one to fight I go to pepper park they will bring a PPU 9 times out of 10 and yeah it fucking pisses me off . Unbalanced POS tbh :mad:

I'm sorry right but they make a fucking quad that does look nice but they do't give a shit about what annoys the players. What stops people from logging in what makes people unsub, there has now been I think 100 threads with removed parra shock and its still fucking here

do you really think CA would let an area linked to the main trade center go unguarded so anyone could just walk in?

Just get rid of para from the game and it will be alot better...

I prefered the old CA gaurds the ones with plasma pistols they did hurt but were ok

Yeah... thats why we can get on the trains and get of at plaza 2 and zone hug, thats why we can gr in to some gr's un challenged..

I aint really looking at roleplay for this just somewhere i can go to get a fight rather than mb or cyc, pepper serves no purposeso what they guarding? the oz gates are guarded, the train stations should have guards and maybe pepper 1 but both zones?? and the ind sector needs more things in it to tempt fighters there or people in general

Yesterday i tried to run my poor unbuffed APU from Pepper3 GR directly to P1 GR

Unbuffed APU ... the first guard hit me just around the corner of lookiing at P1 ... i could shoot at people in P1 but died 5 seconds after

But if an unbuffed APU can go there ... well ...

well, if theres a few zones in doy where are no guards, safe gr, another pro city hq with tons of ca guards, sure, why not.

Make the guards lvl 80 again, put them back to their original dmg and give NC runners OP style bonuses in NC.

remove QBs
remove LEs
keep 1 safe slot
reduce CA guards rank

if youre making a wishlist then i can make up a few other also :)

-make it so that you can mail money and credits to eachother, like a deposit

-playershops or something likewise, badly

-a rare epic spell for monks that never drops, for ppu a tl 75 full arty heal and for the apu a tl 75 full arty xraybeam (maybe stacking)

-maybe even a white monkcloack with red eyes for the ppu

-make psiboost 1 selfcastable

-give tanks there 3 stars back

-make repair missions like you have constr missions :) i have a fulltime repper/poker/barter/recycler but he cant level cause they all give bad XP, i can lom some pistol but it aint the same :)

-change loms, nerf the time it takes slightly so atleast you can play around with setups, playing around with setups is a pain now, i remember the times that if you needed a constructer that ya yust lommed construct .. or ress ... or whatever .. i dont want that back but a littlebit less of a timesink for lomming would be nice

a thing i also wanted to mention is the gayaglove, its great, its not great its immense, a must for every monk :)

On about this with a mate the other night but since u put ca epic down there somewhere how about actual faction armour that u can mission for as another faction epic along side the main.

Like Pimp Suit, Mercs green armour, ncpd armour, then special design armours for other factions available to suit all char types at a decent level (say like 60/70) maybe even make different missions for diff levels but the req is the faction tag like ncpd armour.

FA have some special high tech type armour, bio have some kinda armour that looks heavily augmented, pp some kinda lab coat :p

Im ok for removing the pepper guards as long as they remove the safezones in the pepper park subway station. You get so called Raiders playing chasing across the zone about 50 times. You go to doy and they start chasing you well you know your fucked. Even with a ppu on you when raiding NC you get your self nice and comfortable in the station and it takes ages to kill.

Oh and little T stop moaning join pro-city and then see what options you have for a fight. We can go crp or go to crp and most times there you get out ppu'd and numbered. I have raided doy its completly empty and boring no one hangs out there. So you take what you get why not bring a ppu with you and come all the way intercity it doesnt stop FF the guards or raid mb or something.

I have come to doy there nothing there. Like a ghost town id say more pro-city inhabit it looking for something to kill than anyone else. My options there are to sit in yaegers and have a few beers even when i ran into a few hq's there was no one there.

bit OT (i dunno where i should ask anywhere else lol) but euh i have some more things to say here like:

can a MC eye please give back some weaponlore, they removed it (patch 120ish) cause a MC tank cant use weaponlore .. this doesnt mean that other classes using this eye cant use the +weaponlore :/

also them new changes to the forumula's (the formula's on the forum here)... small question .. the constructformula is changed .. to constr-int-dex where it was constr-dex-int in the old days .. is it worth putting in dexchips cause euh .. dex get ya more slots (myth or not i dunno but with me it gave me more slots in the old times) ... now im rebuilding my constructor and i wonna know if dex is still worth it :)

also a small detailed monkquestion ... again i made a new hybridmonkey, i have yust enough to use a holy lightning and a blessed def (apu-orientated indeed) .. should i A) start speccing ppw to get a nicer psipool + give a littlebit more damage to apu and ppu or B) yust trow a littlebit in PPW and drop all the rest in apu to get a higher damage-output and faster casting ..

i dunno .. for now i wanted to try some ppw and some apu equally divided but if anyone can recommend me sumthing else, please do cause i never played these kind of apubased hybrids before ... or i did but then there where still +30 nerfs at each side hehe

we raid 2 hours in the pp2 and i had 2 dex ups, 1 int up and 2 con ups :D

ow and another small question ... is it possible that instead of changing the name of youre char ... they can change the hair of youre char ?? i choose such an ugly type of hair lol, i tought it was cool when i saw it but when it got placed on my monk it was so goddamn ugly lol .. now im stuck with it .. my ppu doesnt use a PA normally .. but now he does lol

(better then half an outpost, a jhonny5, hoverbomber or an apu on youre head but still :P)

The problem with the subways was people aoeing the trainwagons.
And i've raided both cities. NC has too many guards and the parashock is BAD.

As for DOY, it's one empty place, and once you do get caught you are basicaly dead, as you might turn a corner and there's 4 HUGE dammage guards shooting you to bits. No safezones either.

To add to the wishlist:

No PPU's
or at the very least make non-self cast heals at least 1/3 as effective, it's pathetic that a capped holy heal will outheal anything but the holy lightning (afaik).. do you wonder why this is monk-o-cron? :/
