Looks fine to me, the only thing is, you havent ordered any RAM?

AMD64 is pretty picky when it comes to RAM so aslong as you have a branded
one you should be just fine.

Also, if you plan to run SLI sometime in the future, i've read some reviews on the
MSI mobo, and the 2xPCI-2 (x16) slots are pretty close to eachother so you cant
fit 2 cards in there, well you can, some cards, but it narrows down your choices
and even then, the cards would be pretty close so you would be sucking in hot
air from the bottom card and cool your upper one with, not good.

If that's not a problem for you, then it's a pretty kickass system. I had to go
with an epox nforce3 mobo, cba waiting untill march to get the SLI...

your gfx card is pci-e, and there is nothing on your mainboard specs that says about pci-e.... so erm :/ idk

your hdd is sata, but by the sata part of your mainboard it has a cross, yet says that it can support it in the section below so meh :p

and scan is called scam for a reason apparently...

Description from scan.co.uk

MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum,Nforce4 ultra, socket 939,dual ddr 400,pci x,sata raid,Gb lan

Afaik it's got 2xPCI-E (x16)... I dont know how many PCI-E x1 though...

----- edit

From MSI website:

• One PCI Express x16 slot (supports PCI Express Bus specification v1.0a compliant)
• One PCI Express x4 slots (support PCI Express x2 only)
• One PCI Express x1 slots (support PCI Express Bus specification v1.0a compliant)
• Four 32-bit v2.3 Master PCI bus slots (support 3.3v/5v PCI bus interface).

So i guess the SLI problem is nothing you should worry about :)

heh i see SLi as not being worth the double cost on graphics cards, its one of those things thats nice but that i can do without, by the time i want to buy another card the one i have at the time will be out of date and i wont be buying 2 top graphics cards at the same time anytime soon

as for RAM, i have 512mb of average DDR ram, not great but good enough untill i can buy something better

when i can find MSI's number im gonna ring and ask if a winchester will run on that board out of th ebox

i tryed a few sites and that one was miles ahead price wise for what i wanted, it seems the sites and brands with name that rhyme with stuff like 'scam' and 'shite' are the ones that get the bad reputation :p

also would that board support anything higher than PC3200 also?
as i cant find anything higher on scan.co.uk

Nah, not anymore.
They used to be but the 393's don't require registered mem now.
