Is it really worth it?

As a PE, is Blessed Deflector really worth it? Do you even get enough DMG% on it to be truy more effective then a capped regular Deflector?

As I remember a long ass while ago it used to give better force resists, but the
piercing was the same, or maybe it was the other way around, but basicly, it's
not worth it, atleast not mid-fight, for duelling then sure why not, you got time
to buff up etc, but if you need a def fast, you might aswell go for a TL3.

Its up to you I use TL 3 this way I can cast it while moving around makes me still hard to hit

depends on your post count or you can change it to what ever you wish provided it don't break any rules. But I would not go spamming to get a bigger post count some nasty mod might reset it :p
