After reading the "where is everybody ?" thread above here i checked my screens, some of em brought back good memory's hehe, i chose a small selection and resized em a bit to take less space..
None are edited in any way unless its says so, some of em with a littlebit of info, some of em dont need any info at all :)
All screens are from neocron day 1 of retail till the last few days, these are screens about the unique and weird atmosphere of saturn with many individuals everyone knows but some have been forgotten about, pay attention to the names in local, its the names that reminded me :)
Quality isnt that good, some of em taken on my old laptop etc, none of em are from beta4 :/ that was the only harddisk that ever failed on me ..
I suggest, if you have some nice once's left and hidden somewhere, sure post em :)

man, I rememeber all the names in some of those screens. That's old school saturn right there. Even got some of MiG...good times good times.
The up arrows are the old old buff icons I beleive.
Sometimes, I just wish they'd say "screw it, we're going back to NC pre-patch 160" and just leave us there :p.

If I remember correctly. One of the original "bad boy" clans on saturn were the blood brothers. Speed has been around at least since day 1 of saturn.
Consisted of Element, With Slit Wrists, RATTLECAGE, Death From Above and I think Revslad was there as well.
I miss fighting with most of em. Back when Saiyan Empire and NAT were the only Fallen Angel clans to be in saturn, they were the people I hung with and fought beside the most.

haha my favourite is "sy leys go find some more women" haah was funny as hell. me syreus and blade used to go through plaza 1 and pp and stuff just sexing the female chars haha..
good times. i havent completely quit, just like playing occasionaly, ul see me from time to time on nc ;)

ive got a load of NC1 screen shots at home, if i can ill get them hosted somewhere and post a few, they range from very start of retail right up to the end of NC1, got a few from NC2 but who cares about them :p
HATE were cool, there one of the few clans that i think everyone from NC1 remembers even tho they wernt around for that long really.
Blood Brothers were cool, had good fight with Rattlecage in the NCPD, also killed skitletts(sp) with my melee tank way back when(though element came and got revenge on me while i was talking it over with skit :lol: )
WithSlitWrists was one of the best pkers around, one of the guys who made me want to play a tank originally.
got a whole folder dedicated to tank shots lol

Oh my God! The good old times when there were real enemies to city mercs. I miss these times although i have left cm in nc2. I remember good fair fights with handshaking at the end and not this shittalk that you almost get every time now. Nowadays i am asking myself why i am still playing......

people, dig up youre old screens and post em :) took me some time going true and checking old PC's, but for me it was worth it for sure, such fun times hehe, sad thing is that the most fun occasions where so fun that i forgot taking screens f.e. the spawnevent at MB with the redlaserbeam outta the eye bots where 700 people met at MB and everyone crashed every 2 steps hehe, also the PP1 sewer3 spawnevent and the nice dueling with HATE members :) loads of that fun stuff hehe

Then some smartass gets the idea to start playing on Venus.
We did it as "the napoleons" : napoleon I, II, III, IV etc...
Melee tanks, pistol pe's , ppu, apu,....
Go into mc5, remove le, and then go into the city and start attacking people, while shouting napoleon rules !!!!.
Childish, i know, but was soooo funny to do.

I never take many screenys normal only use to take them to catch people explioting the pepper park gaurds. This one is a typical busy plaza extra busy due to 2 clans throwing weapons

Yes, Dafreak and Risk Capo were two seperate persons and real life friends. Both had funny accents (they were from austria). Sometimes i coulndt stop laughing...it was too funny.
Its a shame that everything had to go down the drain. I miss the fair play in here, some of my hardest enemies and the disscussions with them :)
Someone still remember the former clan of HATE? Death Row Inmates we were called and at this time it was fun for me to play side by side with helmut73 and style. Then our way parted as they started to pk everyone. At this time i left them and went to cm to fight my former clanmates. I even remember leveling with helmut73 in the outzone storages with warbot inside them :)
*sigh* we were fighting for our own idealism but it was fun chasing and being chased by them. I really miss these times.

indeed, 95% of the old crew left or got booted ... these wherent people dropping by for a sec but playing saturn day in day out ...
when i read the "where is everyone" thread i started wondring on who "everyone" was, when ya read all the names in local of all the screens you get a small idea on how many cool, friendly, fun and intresting people arent around anymore :/
things i miss is a general area to trade, like plaza 1, always packed with people :) i played for 2 weeks now on and off and heard this new area is techhaven, been there a few times but i cant say there is that much of activity going on, also there are less parttraders and buyers/sellers on the tradechannel.. maybe cause of the game isnt that old ? people dont have enormous partcollections anymore ? i dunno
another thing is a general fightingarea where everyone can meet .. like PP1 used to be, some people say that PP3 is the old PP1, but i havent seen that much of action there lately :) ok there are some fights but not a whole night ...
neofrag not included ffcourse, neofrag is sumthing ya do with friends for fun sumtimes, but it isnt a real oportunity to wack some enemy's :/ nor is there anyone around constantly and there is no risk in fighting in neofrag, except for getting killed when ya exit the neofrag genrep lol
i would like to know a PP1-place where ya can pick out a fight any day or moment of the week .. an area for gangsters and carebears to meet :) now its yust people killing allieds over and over ... gets boring after a while
(MB is also nice sumtimes, cause all factions run around there :) )
ok you can genrep to hostile property and start wacking people until ya get killed yourself, but it aint the same :)
anyway i quit the whining and post some more fun screens tonight hehe

Where we all used to collate in P1, now we have TH, MB, P1/2, DoY CC and the faction HQs.

But i do have some of when i join the UA (United Angels ) when i spent some time in Fallen Angels. Fire power always funny to see.
