I'm Pro City, how can i get gliders aside froma suicide raid into DOY to visit the smuggler in the TG sector? (I also realize that if i joined a clan they could hook me up with keys, but i still feel i'm too low of a level to take out my LE)

Buy from another Player ? Just ask on trade if someone would be so nice to buy some for you ... if you`re lucky even a barter

But i would suggest not wasting money on them.
If you have cash to spare you can go and try one, and then see it'll live just two zones.

Spend your money on stripers, you'll get more enjoyment out of it.
