Was there a rollback on Terra?

Logged in tonight for the first time in a few weeks. My PA is gone and I no longer have the cash to buy a new one. Was the server rolled back recently or is this just another instance of random disappearance?

I once threw away a monk pa 3 cause it wouldnt recycle. It looked like large hydrolics at the time. When I logged in the next day it took me a minute to realise why I had no PA and still had that stupid large hydrolic.....

when you die and rep out, it's a good idea to relog in a nice cozy spot to make sure your herc/ds/sa/whatever is not showing up as a medpack with one shot and you toss it on the ground.
