Slasher Capp

Im Playing an PPU atm, and was thinking about making an Pistol Spy. I want to work out a decent setup an need to know how much WPL is needed to capp teh Slasher, or what would be aprox, the right amount of points :confused: I heard something like 70 would be enough....

About 140 wep and 185 p-c doesnt cap a fully arti slasher. I get something like 240% aiming.

I find that aiming is the most difficult to cap. I think the formula is 0.2(20%) PC + 0.35(35%) WEP, whatever the missing percentages might be. I can live with slightly less in aim, as long as damage and frequency is (almost) capped.

Well, i had capped aiming and 320ish frequency before the patch, i now cap frequency and get worse aiming. Cant see any difference in aiming though.
And to cap dmg and freq, you dont even need 185 p-c, i think you can cap those with even less.
I only havent got capped aiming cause i`m too lazy to lom out the rest of research. :)

Oh and yes, G3SU5 you need 88 t-c to use it. But thats not a problem anyway, most spies got at least 90 t-c in order to use stealth 2 or higher. (What you dont really need imo, stealth 2 is just perfect)

Pistols aiming is borked, in fact all the weapon skills bar apu and ppu are borked after the last patch.

TC is only a req, it has no effect of the performance of the weapon.

With the right buffs and drugs I can fully cap my Slasher. Just for experiment's sake, not viable in real life. My combat rank is 75, I can't seem to get it above that. Is it possible to reach a 76? As I understand it, that's what I need for a third star.

75 is the cap for pistols. At least ive NEVER seen someone with a higher rank.

Cant you just take a drug to raise your CR?

when u take following drugs u get a cr of 77 ;)

Just got to 76 with 2 drugs, with another drug, a p-c 3 or a fortress it should be 77. :)
That wasnt possible before the patch i think.

I`m too lazy to lom out research and put it into wep. I`m quite far from aim cap, even on artifact guns. :)
