Im looking for an rpg like roger wilco, or kings quest. Anyone know of any realy good ones?
Ah and graphics i dont care so bad. So long as it has some. Just remembering kings quest 2. Man that game was awsome....

Ya... well my other one had 450ish. So realy i would be at 850. Not that it matters :P
No i havent tried diablo becouse its a totaly diffrent style then the games i listed. That, and i have enough rph's like that.
Well if you're talking about your classic "point and click" adventure games, then there's the whole Monkey Island series (though you've probably played them already), plus a few more recent games like The Longest Journey and Moment of Silence.

DeusEx, NC's grandaddy. Classic fpsrpg.
Ya siygess got what im looking for. I actualy found out that roger wilco is actuay called space quest. Awsome game for people who havent played it yet :P.
And actualy no i havent tried the monkey island series. My friend used to talk about it all the time so i never bothered playing it.
As for deus x... kept trying to beat the first level. I got to the top of the building. There are like 3 people stationed there and couldent figure out how to get by without being shot and dieing. Thats another thing, you die realy fast. Not a problem, but when you have to use combat to get past a particular point, and they have incredable aim, its tough. So ya i gave up there.

Try a smoke grenade, or sneak about with crossbow and leg it when they get hit.
Though.. if you are struggling with that bit... the rest of the game might be a bit tough....
Every bit of equipment i had, i tried to use and couldent beat it. Like i beat splinter cell, im currently playing pandora tomarrow, i beat the original theif, and theif 3, but i just cant get past that one frigging spot.
Well it was a year ago.... Maybe i will give it another try. Also you are talking about deusx 1 right?

i wasnt too impressed with deus ex 2 though... maybe thats why it was all hype then it was released and i heard nothing about it? :D

It wasn't too bad....other than you could tell the storyline a mile off because they made the mistake of naming you Alex D.....I mean who isn't gonna guess the surname of the hero in Deus Ex 2 is actually.....nah won't spoil it for people who havent figured it out yet....

It *does* have issues, but it's playable enough as long as you are patient.. and it's worth every bit of the £9.99 I paid for it. Dropping the price so soon after it came out was criminal despite the bugs - it's a frelling great game :D

Beat ff7 forever ago. Have bloodlines currently on my computer, despite how bad it can lag. Its normaly very playable. Played some arcanun, but never realy got into it. The theme isent exactly new, but the way they put it all together was realy awsome. How despite the diffrent races, everyone still looked real. I played it co-op with a friend and he got annoyed becouse i kept dieing, and we had to restart the thing. So we just played sacred. The voices when u pick your chars in that game are good for a laugh.
Ya actualy im realy enjoying bloodlines. The chars seem to realy draw me in. Only 4 games have drawn me in like that. Thats BG2, max payne, and now this game. Im not playing now becouse im in the haunted house part 8| .
Never tried ff9 though......

Arcanum has probly the most in depth character creation system ive ever met in an RP game, theres 8 stats, magical vs techno specialisation, 8 races, a whole plethora of character histories to choose from and a cool steampunk victorian setting, so you get magic vs a good ole' shotgun or six shooter lol
bloodlines amazed me, the depth, the way it actually made me feel like an ultra tough supernatural killing machine, how the game comes at you differently depending on which bloodline/powers you have, but there were a load of niggly little annoyances, but the patch (make sure you DL it b4 oyu start playing if any one gets it) fixes all that
as for FF games, they never really caught me, i still to this game get bored sensless playing them...

BTW! One game is MUST to play, System shock 2, greatest rpg there is :)
Theres a player made patch out for Bloodlines that basically fixes everything and tweaks then particle engine a little to reduce the FPS hit's that you get. Fixes the leopold crash, the problems with nosferatu apartments etc, and all the dialogue fuckups.
