Can't login to server

I cant get past the login screen, I login and choose the server then I go straight back to the desktop.

I've tried reboot/filecheck does it mean I have to reinstall? I deleted the nc download 2 ages ago :mad: .

I had this problem a while ago and the only way I could get around it was a reinstall myself :\
