[CBT]Horrible ping since start of 2005

Hiya,

Just wanted to check if anyone else is having their ping shafted by:
ge-2-0.edge1.ham1.de.inetbone.net [62.67.234.30]?

Up until new years eve I was getting a decent 35-50ms ping ingame but since we entered 2005 (CET) I've been getting 130+ ms and peaks at 180ms.

I'm getting my usual <40 ms response times all the way up to ge-2-0.edge1.ham1.de.inetbone.net [62.67.234.30] which is the 3rd last hop before the NC2 server cluster, from there and onwards it's 120+ ms..

From whois/traceroute info I'm guessing the NC2 servers are located at the Level 3 hosting center in Hamburg, so I'm really puzzled by this as I'm getting good response from 2 hops at Level 3 in Hamburg before hitting the suspected troublespot.

If anyone knows someone at Level 3 Hamburg, please abuse them to get 62.67.234.30 rebooted so it can get it's routing sorted :)

No, I'm not really expecting this issue to get resolved by posting here but would like to know if I'm the only one with this problem.
I emailed NC2 tech support (hoping they got some sort of Level 3 contact) and Level 3 about this but received no response yet

PVPing/doing chaos caves at 130+ ms ping is pretty much suicide.

Well whadda ya know. Posting here did help... Things have been borked for 3 days but half an hour after posting here things are back to normal.

Thanks to whoever "abused" their Level 3 contact. :)
