Thread moved. There used to be a picture host in the Newbie FAQ. Don't know if it still works.

Sign up at ModBlog. Completely free, and they give you enough picture hosting for 2000 megs (roughly 40,000 pictures if I remember what the site told me).

I just created an account there the other day... haven't tried the picture upload thing yet though.
