hmmm so i try to run new neocron after patch firewall having problems allowing it so i try to add it manually and get this message

you are attempting to add a application that already has rules
do you want to modify the rules for application
'EA sports tiger woods 99?'

i am using nortal personal firewall

is kk stealing code or engine from tiger woods anyone else get this message?
because i do not have any gold games installed on my pc

anyone got this problem?

Try changing the "LOCALPORT" in the neocron.ini and updater.ini...

Neocron may use the same ports as Tiger Woods 99....

but i have no tiger woods installed unless something in the client.exe is making my firewall think thats what program is trying to access the internet from my pc

anyways back on topic, have you ever had tigerwoods installed? check your registry

Hey, now you come to mention it, they are strikingly similar. :p

Norton Firewall probably has a database of apps and has decided that the executable name/size is sufficiently similar enough to find a match. The question you should be asking is, "why am I using Norton Firewall?"
