we had a meeting last night for pro city clans please read this and the points made as we spent alot of time to help resolve a few things
1) NCAT very kindly attended with some good veiws and points they where also kind enough to agree with us that providing they are not attacked they will not attack.
They have been kind enough to invite us into there apartment and take time to discuss it with us after an hour of liasions we agreed that we will not attack and neither will they providing it is not provoked
should u attack them they will retaliate same as others would do but we have spent alot of effort to help keep the peace in neocron please try not to spoil it and try your hardest to help
and maybe we can all work together and keep the city powerful

101st clan, u guys aint in our nap.
ur PE Need Gunner attacked smurfis.. (he died tbh) tell him to stop if u dont wanna get attacked
we wont attack randomly, unless provoced.
players not in clan who have a personal kos will still get shot at, unless u talk either to black heart or to smurfis and explain some made-up story we believe.
but..
guess we'll be fighting anticity more now :p
Well, as a PHAZE member and also from a Pro City perspective I can see now why Purple was so Eager to hold the whole thing; and well done for this! ;)
Just between us, woudn't you fancy it if the Anti-City factions are heaving with allied gankers, while we are as strong and unified as it gets?
If the clan leaders manage to control their own members (even if this means limiting the number of runners) then only the following can happen.
-) Everytime you encounter a clanned member, you will get a feeling of safety. Which means that..
-) Eventually you will want to become clanned yourself (if you aren't)... Which means that..
-) Your immature allied ganking ways will come to an end. Which means that...
-) You will have to divert your anger and frustration towards the Anti Cities through clan-organised raids
The game will really get fabulous when the Anti Cities do the above. Then we are in business as gamers.
I wonder why just don't we?
PS Once again, well done for the effort Purple. I have a good feeling about this. If the NCATs join forces, that'd be great:)

Hopefully U4N was included in the NAP, if not, I hope that the rest of CA will back us up when we need it. And if they don't, then the first CA meeting held was a waste of everyone's time if they don't plan on sticking to their word.

The dome is not the only place to find NC enemies.
some1 from 101st PM me, i got shot on smurfis by one of them.
we end up napping with every1 in the city if it continues like this...
first u all say KOS NCAT, now u want naps.. i dont get it.

ssx (or exiles) is the old ssc.

lol...Well I'll give you a shout if i ever do get on....From what I've been told pretty much over half the people i knew have quit, can't play from c2p, and/or have moved to WoW or EQ2, so I guess I'm a loner again :(

Yeah, we hope you sort your internal problems out. Its no fun for any side when it is like this. We are all playing this game for its pvp and when our enemies are struggling internally instead of fighting us its no fun. Besides, continued problems with allies just make people either quit the game or change to anticity. We've already seen the "Saturn-style bandwagon" start so please sort your stuff out and stop the bandwagon!

considering FF had trouble killing VENOM (a small part of NCAT now) im sure all of pro city... including us... will present a challenge.
however we will not op fight with other clans unless we particularly want to. this is a nap... it doesnt mean we will always support them

Maybe know the city can focus on attacking anything but individuals inside it and get some op's going.
if we (every1 in the nap cept ncat) go Op fighting.. ull just bring dark to help u, or ninjahack it later.

we like fighting clan vs clan and if possible fair numbers (ncat got max 8-10 ppl)
we dont wanna get zerged so we dont zerg with other pro city clans

NAP's are about as sturdy as thin ice, tbh. :mad: O_o
It will last as long as the nap is kept up by all sides, I'm sure ncat will as our clan is so small atm, we don't have the problem of communication of some of the other larger clans. So it will most likely be on other people to keep the nap, no not us.
Never mind. I found out when I went in plaza 1 and got atacked by a Ncat :p
for all i care tostino is off the kos list from ncat, he killed me fair and square and hes not that bad a guy. (cant tell if rev thinks the same way)
still we got some other personal kos'ses going

As a non-clanned Pro-City runner, I heartily applaud everyone's efforts to make the City a safer place to live. Nice work guys, let's not let personal egos/vendettas get in the way of wiping the deluded nihilists from the Dome off the map

From my short conversation with smurfis, it became obvious he has some kind of grudge against 101st, so i conclude we're still hostile to them.
However we look forward to working together with other pro city clans, in an effort to counter the increasing DOY supremacy on the map.
We gladly offer our rhino, reveler and bomber services at any raid on doy runners, or op wars against doy clans.
Any complaints about behaviour from 101st clanned runners should be submitted to Sentinel, Fubar or myself.
Well I'm clanless again :( With Doc leavin, i moved on from Regs for now...I think I'm gonna keep an eye out, see how things go, and hopefully find a new home...and hopefully only be killin reds ;)

Ah but the DoY guards are far and few between. DoY is EASY to PK in. I on the other hand, need to stealth everywhere in NC to kill some NC Runners (Lvl 35 and up only).
I really don't understand why more NC Runners aren't raiding DoY more frequently...
We raided PP the other day and it was much harder.

Gotta agree with Hegemonic there. Theres like guards every couple of metres in NC city infact you can't move for the fuckers. DOY on the other hand once your in past the Johnny 5'S theres almost no interior guards whatsoever.
You can grab most of the GR's and theres no guards near em especially the FA one. Hence is why I don't go into NC city Pking or crash your CA meetings............ :lol:

The problem with Doy isnt teh guards, it's the fact that it's just so easy to get lost:( The again I managed to get lost and stuck in the aggies.......
No, the problem with DoY guards is they kill unbuffed runner in 2 hits, while NC guards cannot do that in 10 bursts.
Hmm. Need Gunner is 101st...
I wonder if it was the 101st Rhino that was trying to blow up my 4x4 the other day. GJ on not allied-killing there - can't kill me, so just go for my vehicles...

Have you noticed FF's number's it's something like 164 members ouchers, lol no offence but i dont care if NCAT have skilled members, or if your clan has more active members, if FF wanted to they can own the map, and currently (last time i checked which was last night) they did.
I did notice that UP's didnt seem to be on the list of the allience, not many clans are, really you need to concolidate runners into a large clan or a few largeish clans that work together to take an op but share them out. or something.
Anyways just though i'd say (really) Well done, didnt think NCAT would agree to something like that and to get a few clans working to gether in NC is amazing, so congrats hope it lasts for a long time and grows stronger cos thats what NC needs.

we just had a damn good fight at jericho against FF, DarK and whoever else... we pushed the mright back... killed most... but when they all gr'd back and rushed out of the ug they beat us.

dont think i saw a dark there though, the other guys were mainly tg and fa ppl

Comie (Jeyche) in SXR is a high ranking member in SXR ... JesterTheGreat spoke to Jeyche and said we were in .... I don't want to sound harsh but we don't want to be bullied by NCAT just because NCAT has poor communication. ;)
BTW We've not had any problems from anyone in the NAP besides yourself saying we're KOS ..... even then we've not seen any NCAT openly attack SXR yet so what's the beef ? O_o

So let me get this straight ..... evey pro-city clan is in the NAP ... NCAT agreed to the NAP .... Smurfis is the leader of NCAT .... due to a grudge with a member before joining the NAP a pro-city clan is KOS.
BTW Smurfis was KOS because as an unclanned NEXT HC tank, he attacked one of our members without provocation at Malstrond ... this was when NCAT was PK'ing any pro-city for the fun of it BEFORE the NAP.
Quite frankly that smacks of hypocracy. I thought the point of the NAP was to drop all grievances .... SXR will hold our part of deal as long as everyone else does. If Smurfis cannot get over himself to agree to this then the NAP holds no meaning to any potential clan not already "officially" in the NAP. :wtf:
Oh another thing ..... if Revenger's Eye was a terminator PE that attacked Chosen last week .... we promptly protected our own clan member and dispatched the offender .... like I said if we get attacked we will fight back.
For the record I have posted on our clan forums to have Smurfis moved to hostile status .... that means we only attack if we get attacked first.

FF has teamwork for that. (rush 1 enemy with as many men possible, prefered 50% ppus)

They do work - as long as they a re set up right. I thinb=k CA need to sort out a forum for themselves - where all city players can voice thier opinions - it's a lot easier to work with then.
Also a place where they can post some guidelines - so everyone knows who not to shoot, and the consequences if they do.

This whole concept seems a little backwards to me. The nap in esscence is a good idea but its sole purpose seems to be stopping this one smallish clan from pking you, and now other clans are being made to jump through hoops to join up.
In my opinion this small clan should be apologising to all Pro-City as they have annoyed a lot of people, instead of lording it over everyone with their new-found nap 'power'. Of course this would never happen (and other clans aren't innocent) but still, at no point have they addressed the killing of clanned and unclanned runners for which they apparantly have become notorious (when before no one had heard of them). In fact this whole situation would not have been necessary had a clan the size of Pain still been active for pro-city, as they would have simply squashed or ignored them.
As stated before, I applaud your efforts to organise and pacify the Pro-city runners, but a little more contrition wouldn't go amiss. Attacking my unclanned alt for no reason does not make me want to listen much to your words or dictates, no matter how active you are on these forums.

Last night was the first time i saw pro city work together without ganking each other :-)
We were having fun, annoying FF at CRP, when they decided to chase us a total of 8 zones. On the way we picked up a CA tank who was heading in the FF direction. He relayed the info to his clan, and when we arrived at racetrack, the TG had a nice surprise waiting for them.
It does make things easier, that you can just shoot reds now, instead of looking at the green ones too, while reading the clanname.
