Does anyone officially know wut Handling does for a Holy Shelter or Holy Heal???...if so plz tell me now...and I am not looking for superstitions...if a mod or someone could answer this for me that would be awesome :)

iirc handling doesnt affect psi spells at all, im 99% sure....

I say it does just cuz i think it does :-p. Also i think theres a hidden cap as well but thats my thought as well :-p so don't listen to me I only got one of most badass PPUs in nc

I was wondering this too becuase i had a one slot blessed heal and when i put a handling mod in it i could suddenly runcast...

It doesn't do anything afaik. The only things that I know to affect runcasting is a combination of capping damage and RoF. I notice this on my APU who gets 105 RoF and 605% DMG on his HL, and only fully runcasts when not changing directions suddenly (ie PvPing).

Though I don't know why your damage is that low :/

You will find the majority of ppu's tell you it does nothing, because there is no consistant evidence to say otherwise. A fair number of random ppu's will swear it has some effect, but you won't be able to reproduce it. If it were true then the majority of ppu's would be doing it by now. Monks are a very adaptive class and we're constantly trying to improve our setups. If someone could conclusively show that handling improved runcasting, it would certainly get around and become common knowledge among ppu's. It's not like handling is new or anything...

Psi Use is the main thing you need, tho PPU/APU helps as well

You'll probably never properly "runcast" the high level ppu spells. Basically everything (besides mst effects runcasting) as they all affect either Damage and/or Frequency. Which, are the two stats (according to me :rolleyes: ) that affect runcasting.

I have a ppu and it wasnt until now when she got her ds is she able to run cast spells she is now lvl 81/60*** and only just capps the spells

I feel it effects everything and makes the spell just that little bit better same with guns me thinks :) it proberbly don't like

Well when we talk about handling on rifles,pistols and cannons I thought that it affects recoil but with spells I think it does nothing .


/edit crap this avatar I'm using gives me the creeps I'm going have to change it :(
