Becasue of click2shit's incompitence???
I thought I was one fo the few affected, but that doesnt seem to be the case . . .
2 of the 3 people in a VERY small (as you can see) clan of friends im in have been affected, the exception is me lol
Oooh me me me - account disabled, emailed KK, they said they cant do anything only C2P can, called C2P they said sure we'll reactivate your account and rebill you. still nothings happened ! weeee i love neocron
I know 4 people off the top of my head, 2 SXR, who would be playing right now but can't thanks to some C2P issues.

UPDATE: for anyone interesed. as i said they havent done anything yet since i called them yesterday. but i called again and talked longer this time.
according to this guy 400 accounts were disabled because of failed payment (to neocron specifically i assumed). and he even stated that this was most likely because Visa (the card i used was a visa) and others had blocked c2p because it looks like a gambling charge to them. Which ALSO MEANS most likely that issue can't really be fixed and the reason this is cropping up now is because this is the soonest they could have realized the failed payment, but im guessing will continue for all new subscribers who use a card that blocks these gambling shit.
anyway they told me to change my payment method to checking account and call them so they can change the default and it could take up to a week before it takes effect. total bs.
I admit, all the people ive talked to have always been nice - and it always seems like a good company when talking to them and hearing their explanations. but im still pissed beyond comprehension :mad:

i had some probs with C2P but then i changed my account over to my mates
C2P switch account and havent had any probs.....best thing i could say is if you
have a switch card try and use that.

Not really on the topic btw ;) kk worked out a special deal to avoid that, if you signup through the launcher it wont as for SS#, only directly through C2P will.

Can't play.
Initial money was taken fine though? Odd logic there. I'm rather concerned about how the initial fee was accepted, but then locked up along with many others. BBB will be contacted in the near future if no resolution is found. Too bad too, becuase I was really starting to enjoy NC2, despite all the bugs, and the biggest "bug" yet is because of a poorly managed payment service.

The payment days don't even add up, so I'm guessing that there's a variety of fuckups to be looking at. Last time my 3 months was paid up it last till Jan of next year - which is wrong. I paid again, as they requested - because apparently it didn't go through. Another 3 month payment ( apparently I had been playing for free. My bank statement says otherwise.)
So this most recent 3 months should take me through till midway thru feb. But no - apparently it's now changed to the 5th of Dec... which is miles away from the date on the screeny I posted the other day.
I think it's a DB error or something... I'm no technical whizzkid when it comes to payment companies. Either that or some peoples have been trying to scam using other peoples details and fucked stuff up ( happenned before on another MMO - which shall be nameless). Caused no end of problems that did.

That right there should be *more* than enough impetus for KK to get a clue and figure out that C2P is not the way to be going. If your figure is close to correct, 400 x $17.19 = $6876 that KK simply won't see. Those who persevere and get back in-game might be what, 50% at best?

Ok, it took them 3 or 4 days to finally fix the problem with my account...it's fixed, but shit, it's still gay that they weren't ready for this. Lack of communication between KK and c2p, and laziness by c2p are what I would attribute it to. WTB a bigger billing company, DM KK

when i first signed up for click2pay my CC company called me asking me if it was ok to charge me and i said yes. that means C2P simply didnt bother to charge me not that my CC company blocked them. oh well i doubt ill be going back to neocron now im playing WoW and love it. i wouldnt consider that a statement of leaving since it was not my choice to leave it was c2p's choice to make me leave hahah.
guess what guys - after adding a back account to the payment methods on the C2P control panel on there site, calling them and telling them to use that. suddenly today they have billed me and my account is ACTIVE!!! yay.

i still cant play. supposedly i did the whole phone confirmation thing a week ago. c2p says that the security dept is bogged down and once they change my phone number (since i put it in wrong and had to call to fix that prob) that i cant do shit with c2p until the security dept gets around to changing my phone number. So they will get to it when they get to it. Its pretty fucked tbh, i have money and due to a phone number typo, that prevented me from getting a call from c2p, i cant play until c2p security gets around to fixing my problem. What a mock. 2 accts on my end that are disabled due to not getting a phone confirmation. what a mock.
seems that all we are getting from this game is more and more frustration. not only is this game a memory nightmare, but now they wont take my payment either.

I come back to the game and this is what happens. A lot of my clan members cannot play either and it's bullshit. And a lot of my friends have now left NC becuase of this and went to wow.

It is getting a bit tired now. But as we've seen - they're working through it - a few people are back ingame - so fingers crossed.
I know roughly 5 people in FF that are borrowing characters due to their own accounts being down.. sux :(

My account is also expired because of C2P's gambling connections
Emailed KK, they told me to email c2p
Emailed C2P , waited.........
Called C2P, they said it could take a month to reactivate my account do to the volume of expired account they are dealing with

Lose C2P, or like most us here you will loose another customer because you won't accept our money!
Got my email back - they again state that it's my card - which it isn't - It's switch with Natwest - they then had a deeper look into it and realised it was closed in error.
SO
I suggest that if your card has always allowed debits from C2P before that YOU STATE SO IN THE EMAIL YOU SEND.
It'll get through a lot faster.

BTW - Even though I do agree - C2P SUCK. so did worldpay and I had more problems with worldpay than C2P - as in world pay still owe me over £80 due to duplicate transactions.
KK are bound by contract to stay with C2P
Even if they could dump C2P we'd be stuck with no way to pay them till they find a new method which could take a while, so anyone whos payment falls into that period is screwed.
While it sucks I think KK are doing the right thing in giving us a way to pay, ther have been no more errors through since then - it's just taking hella long to fix.

i had no problems with worldpay at all... was nice and easy..
so far all i have had with c2p is problems.
My prob was that the debit didn't register - so they're doing it again. Only prob is that Money has been taken - I got natwest to verify so they're just doing a test debit if it verifies then my account is back - if not then I have to resubmit my details.
Annoying - But bearable :)
KK needs to shitcan C2P, ASAP......
Before the game implodes on itself....
