I voted for 1 but feel that 1 and 3 are of equal severity and wish to vote for both.

In a way I think that 3 & 4 are intertwined - if there was better item tracking, hopefully database corruptions would:
a) Occur Less
b) Be easier to put right without a rollback

When rollbacks do occur, they have usually been because of peoples items going mysteriously missing, etc. And unfortunately (I hope this is the case anyway) rollbacks are kind of a last resort, when all other options fail, so there's not really much you can do about them directly.

Of course, we all know there's several missing options:

You buy a shiny new apartment only to find that you can't change the password, so as soon as someone else gets an apartment in the same block, you can no longer access yours.
You launch a drone and can't see the drone HUD, or can only see it when looking at the sky.
You spend 5 hours doing nothing but shouting on trade for an item and still no one's answered.
You spend more than 2 weeks waiting for a hotfix patch because you're a droner / bought a new apartment and can now do bugger all.
You're forced to cancel your account because you've got no way to pay for it.

I can't really vote...

#1 irritates me the most because it happens to me too much (crashing), but # 3/4 would just about put me off the game entirely because of effort involved...

Agreed on that. Everything is a bit off putting, but I do have the feeling that the developers are slowly getting there:)
