Help With Account

Ok I have Emailed KK 3 times, CLIK TO SHIT cant do anything. My problem is my brother has an account that I want and I need to transfer it but CLIK to Shit cant help me they tell me to contact neocron, the funny thing is they wont let him pay for account becauser the info on account isnt exactly the same as his card so they canceld him (he didnt put middle intail) well im not getting any help there either. Any advice anyone?

Want honest advice? Just wait a few weeks. Considering that Click2Pay just seems to have kicked out half the population from Neocron, KK will either die because they won't get any cash (people who got their accounts cancelled obviously don't give them any money), or they will get their act together, kick out the click2pay idiots, file a couple lawsuits and get some payment provider that doesn't suck.
