I have an account that is showing as Closed and the Current Gametime Period ended yesterday, but if I click on the account reactivation button in the Launcher|YourAccount all I get is my Payment Status.
Do I need to click Cancel Account first, wait for confirmation of cancellation then reactivate the account?
