I was able to hurt a fellow but enemy droner at the drone race track. Is this as intended so (non) droners can come in and unleash a good splash of horror?

You can't anyway. At least, I wasn't able to squeeze my PN into the pipe.

Heh I thought that might be the case for some of them... at least some damage dealing drones fit though. Anyway, the problem there is a player can nearly fit into the hole as it is.
