how much cst is required to cap (non rare) weps when you build them and does anybody have a chart on the max quality of the items when you build em?

with 100 base constr, 150 at factory + 90 dex/90 int, I *used to* cap a TL 90 raygun cannon. Now, I don't know. I havent had a constr in quite a long time.

It used to be that if you can cap a TL 102 HEW Advanced Particlebeam Drone PB-20 you can cap every non-rare in the game.

I "think" the PB-20 caps at 87%, but not sure.

the Punisher drone (BP'ed) is the highest TL item in the game iirc, so if you cap that, you can cap all non-rares.

however i am not familiar with the cap values. if i could get my hands on one, i think i cap it.

to cap anything u need 100 int ,100 dex and 150 conster skill

you can over skill conster to make up for lower stats
