upgrading account ?

wellllllllllllllllll i tried to upgrade my account today and it works ok untill i get to the clicktopay thing well first off i go in type where i live my email my bla bla bla then i get to the page showing it all and the continue to click2pay button i press it and the screen goes all white with a ERROR on it

does anyone have any idea whats going on ? is click2pay down or summit ?
