german routing screwed

hi, i cant play neocron because theres a problem with the routing to germany, (see below) and since yesterday is basicly impossible to play neocron, on either servers, the launcher is also very slow, and so is the website www.neocron.com wich im guessing, is all hosted on the same servers in germany, so im just wondering when its gonna be fixed cuz im a bit bored atm :o
oh and btw, english ppl dont seem to have problems with it, because they have a different routing path, its only from ge-5-1.hsa2.Hamburg1.Level3.net -- fe-2-0.510.core1.ham1.de.inetbone.net

i would imagine this is an issue you need to take up with your ISP...

obviously im from holland, because it says AMSTERDAM about 3x or smt, anyway, im using Multikabel, and everyone with Multikabel has the same routing problem, and another thing, its not my isp that has a problem, something is broken in germany, obviously....

you need to check out with your ISP where their super ISP is located. my bosnian ISP has their super ISP somewhere in central europe so I get good latency with services in europe... and it has a fast inter continental link so I get like 1mbit when downloading from fileplanet :P!

look, its very simple, i dont mind ppl posting things, but what i dislike is that ppl dont understand anything of what im posting, so dont reply if u all dont have a clue :p

and its located in AMSTERDAM, HOLLAND, and the problem is at that HAMBURG hop located in GERMANY, so, ill just wait till its fixed or anyone has some good news :o

looks like thats (obviously) your problem, and im pretty sure thats not KK's servers.

lol... how can a german server be my isp's problem, Multikabel is dutch, and dutch only, tbh, its only located in Noord-Holland, wich is 1/10th part of entire ubersmall Netherlands, i didnt say it was KK's fault, its just to mention something is wrong in germany... And if theres any dutch ppl here that use Chello or just DSL, please gimme a comment on this, and have a look at my ISP's forum: http://forum.multikabel.nl/viewtopic.php?t=371

you hoping a technician for that particular line is watching these forums?

for people who have no clue at all thats not likely... what is likely is that this is a pointless thread as you either have to contact your ISP with that information and ask them to forward it to whoever is incharge of that part of the routing, or you have to contact them yourself.

telling the NC community is a complete waste of time (especially if you ignore any suggestions you get...)

Why don't you listen then...contact your isp as already stated.

Show them your traceroute and they will be able to update the routing tables, posting here will do nothing as stated before also KK have nothing to do with this.

This problem lies with your ISPs routing tables end of story.

kevz, KK don't own the internet. Posting a thread complaining of an issue that neither KK nor anyone else reading it can improve and then adding sarcastic replies isn't going to get anyone anywhere.

demon, i wasnt commenting on u, and another thing, DUTCH PPL ACTUALY PLAY NEOCRON, maybe they could have problems too wich a different ISP, if so, then id like to hear their problems, so any ppl with some IT skills could have a clue about this and knows wich server in germany is malfunctioning...
