how do i make my website picture hostable

what u mean u can't host it, if u can upload it u already hosting it u just have to find the path..

Is it a website that you host yourself with webserver etc?

If you are and you cannot view images in a web browser, which have been put on to the site, maybe your mime-types are set wrong or ruined in some way.
Mime-types tells browsers what they are looking at so to speak and if the webserver don't or cannot tell them the correct type, the content may be displayed wrong or not at all.

Check the documentation for the webserver on how to configure mime-types.
