Ok, so I am *considering* cancelling my accounts, I just want to know what happens to the remaining time left on the account, and how long do the characters stay active for?

As far as I know, your account stays active for the as long as your current payment lasts.

The characters were always supposed to be removed from the database after 3 months of the account they are on being inactive, however this was never actually done in NC1. Whether this has changed for NC2 is something we'll find it in a few months.

thanks, id like an official word on this, as I will probably come back once i give the game some time to get some of the bugs, and some of the new content patched in.
