Spy class question -preference-

Do those of you that PvP prefer to drug up for shelter or not? I know the difference that one gives you versus the other damage wise. But i'm looking at it from a practical standpoint which do you guys prefer?

edit: keep in mind i'm talking PvP in a zone not the pepper park zone in zone out style fighting, i know which is better for that.

I use it for specific situations, rather than as a matter of course.

my spy is capable of using a shelter, but does rarely now my stockpile of drugs has gone.

I dont go into pvp without it. Its required to stand up against tanks and apus in close combat. Good con + shelter and you can take lots of hits. Without it especially HL with shred you into pieces.

And im not drugging all of the time, mostly i see an enemy, stealth off, pop drugs, buff up and go in for the fight.

And getting drugs is pretty easy with the insame amount of loot mobs drop. Actually i think launchers now drop better junk than warbots/firemobs, especially those metal part thingies are awesome for recycling.
