dex vs. cst

in a capped spy would you prefer a cst 3 chip or a sri, basically +5 dex or +15 cst? why?

the cst 3 gives way better numbers for the calculation of con than 5 dex.

con 2 & con 3, ss, hawk and glove . (wear your pa coz dex is better than int)

I was thinkin FA chip, Hawk, SS, CST 3
as for eyes either repair eye or smart cyber eye 4 (not sure which is better)
rep/cst glove depending on job
dex booster 3
PA 3

pretty much pure cst/rep skillwise
