it was the original CA epic reward (before the armor) ... all it did was to able lvl 30+ people to re-implant the LE

Well I think its time to remove the LE I tell all the noobs its fine to be without the LE because now a days its pretty safe inside the city it really is. Unless your being a dick no one bothers you dispite no safes zones for instance my monk is at -30 SL for GR killing a player who killed allied runners. No one bothers me strangly while I run around doing missions and stuff I think its doy which has more mature players ^^ cos in NC it would be OMG red SL KOS KOSJKUIOTRY£$¬¬¬!1111111!!!!

I belive advanced melee combat was supposed to be used as tech combat on melee weapons exept it was a whole new class of weapons like this:

Normal Melee weapons:
14STR
44MC

Advanced Melee weapons:
14STR
44AMC

So the weapons used purely AMC as requirments instead of MC+TC combination.

I remember there was something about that in Beta 4, Im not sure tho.
