Acclaim file for bankrupcy!!!

Read it in a UK PC mag yesterday, Acclaim are filing for bankrupcy due to poor sales of their core products.

How does this affect NC2? It doesn't come across as good news when your publisher goes bankrupt

Acclaim did file for bankrupcy and where going under wa while ago.

Fortunately - I think NC2 was with a branch off of acclaim AFAIK.

Could be wrong though.

Yeah and acclaim isn't the publisher, it is only handling the german distribution.

The company that is distributing NC2 in Germany is a legally separate entity. In order to head off any further, potentially damaging discussion... thread closed.
