Kill all DoY members each 10 - 100 times ;-) then , ithink , u can choose evry ProNC faction or CM u want ...

If your coming from DOY then you'll need to kill a red sl DoY runner loads to avoid negative SL. If you coming from Pro City then any DoY PK will do.
