Hi people.

I've tried out NC 2 on Mars (I'm German but Mars suxx) and I well it didn't make much fun there. In NC:Classic, I always played and had much fun on URANUS - the best NC:Classic-Server in my opinion. "cUrSeD sOuL" isn't my real nickname, I just changed it just for fun...

Now, I wondered if there are still old Uranus-Players alive and playing NC 2 - on Terra maybe? I'd be so happy if somebody gives me an answer. I've already started playing on Terra but I couldn't find old friends/enemies.

out of your list the ones who are playin even semi active are

black soul, mosher and his boys from lard. alig and mart. tx is there :P erm tino is about but i havent heard from bart. some of the ncat guys are around more are apparently back soon. its venom at the moment that are knockin around. dunno if you remember em. cryptic ghost is there but he doesnt have his apu anymore but hes knockin around. skullz are alive and kicking too as are alot of the ex ronins players still doing the rounds.

as for the rest of the list. it made me realise just how many people have gone that i do miss. brings back alot of memories too.

S:WG gna this game isn't very nice. I played the Beta and all I have to say is: No Real Combat-Mode = Shitty. Whatever.

I hope to see some old faces on Terra soon. I know that there's still the "problem" of the general balance between NC and DoY - I mean, PP-Fights and all that stuff won't work right now because the guards will freeze / kill you.. I had the idea that guards/copbots should only been placed in Faction HQ's(which are also the only SafeZones) and at the entries to DoY / NC.. That would be cooler for streetfights and the balance - ppl from NC could walk around in DoY and vice versa. But well - regarding the StoryLine and the Roleplay-Aspect, it can't be implented. What would be NC without the famous Copbots and the safety? Doesn't work at all.. there must another solution.
It's also because I'm not a big fan of laggy OP-Fights. When I took part in an OP-Fight, I always had 10-15 FPS and the fight simply sucked. So, the streetfights were much better to enjoy..

haha yeah someone told me about that yesterday (i forget who though... SaW maybe). oh and btw from what i overheard about the 5 vs 15 fight last night (from a member of FF) is that they "pwnd VENOM + PAIN"... there was maybe 1 or 2 VENOM there and im sure there was no PAIN

:edit: and to state the obvious having 2 clans take over an hour to kill 5 people (which they didnt... the ppu got away) hardly counts as "pwning" in my books...

yeah its fair enough if they dont know whos there... i wouldnt hold that against them... its more...

the reason last nights fight happened was because i went into CRP cave and joined the team there... then the FF APU left the team and started HLing me in the back. well an armoured + sheltered PE with a Tsunami epic rifle is really not a good person to attack as an unbuffed apu... anyways i then get word theres a raptor outside and the apu hasnt backpacked / logged so its fairly obvious FF will be here directly.

i hang about in the cave a bit (all i wanna do is f**king level) then decide im not gonna wait around here just to be killed and belt hacked... so i leave.

what do i see? they know i am alone and they have a droner, someone using a Pain Easer (or Tsu epic rifle), an APU and a PPU waiting for me (yet i still made it to the gr... damn the new gr window)

BMO, keithz, and McFuckhead where in NU. BMO and keithz formed ROX, got into a fight and disbanded. BMO went back to NU while keithz went to the UTs. NU disbanded days later, and BMO formed ITREK, while Tazo and McFuckhead went FA to form the LPs.

ITAK-MAN was awesome. I remember going into a zone and a bunch of guys running away saying "ITAK-MAN is pking run run run" and I just stood there, then heard him start swinging all of a sudden; ended up running in circles around each other swinging for no reason, never getting close enough to hit, until finally I TPC'd him and he ran.

Anyone remember there was a freaking team out to kill him? Now THAT was funny. They were literally on the lookout for him, and would rezzkill him whenever possible, and he would just jump on trade and go "HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHH".

I just saw some of ya but not everybody mentioned in this thread. I'm still leveling my tank hope to get finished soon. I already tried to find out which great and powerful clans are alive on Terra and I think there are some badass-clans around, especially CA and TWG as I remember. I don't know which faction to join soon - at the moment I'm still PP for getting Resistor chip and after having finished the BT-Epic I will look what faction to join..

I just hope to see ya all soon on the server - maybe in PepperPark, DRT or even CRP? We'll see :)
