Just install NC2 and when the launcher comes up select "Create Account" on the left side of the launcher page. Then you can select the upgrade package and continue on.

When transferring your characters, choose the Terra server for all your english speaking needs :D

Oh BTW ..... *Concentrates while performing mind trick* Come to SXR and register at http://www.synergyxr.net for all the clan info ;)

edit/ if this ain't a lie by c2p, then I'm definitely rolling into Neocron by way of Terra very damn soon.
