character transfer problem

when i tried to transfer a character from uranus to terra it said the transfer was succesful but my character is not in nc2 can anyone help me plz

I had the same problem ...
There was a problem at 5th of Oct. on Terra so some Chars are not avaiable on Terra. I wrote 6 times to KK now (after 3 or 4 weeks) they found the Problem an i can transfer the Chars now again...
