ok, so where can I buy more cabs and why where I buy other thing for my apt do they not work?...and can I get a bigger apt or does it have to be a clan apt to get a nice sized one?
You can get larger apts. Most factions now have at least 2 apt sizes. In NC the largest would be via rossa lvl 3.
Cabs are bought at furniture stores. In via rossa 1 in NC.
Cant remember where it is in DOY atm.
There's an apt guide on the main page under fan sites if you want to see what would work for you.

Hmm, either the Black Dragon Sector in DOY or from Via Rosso 1 those are.
I feel cheated though, the yellow and black Via Rosso furniture isn't for sale anywhere in Neocron, while that's where the furniture is made and used.

If only you could buy apts in DOY that aren't rundown garbage heaps... I avoid my starter as much as I can because I don't want to be reminded of the huge ass crack in the ceiling and the dozen rats runnin around. Our clan apt may look nice, but thats just cause of the furniture, the place is still a disaster area. When you walk in fron the elevator you're faced with a pile of rubble blocking the main door. You hafta climb through a hole in the wall up a ladder to the second floor were you can actualy enter the apt. I want my plaza 3 apt back ; p

it would be just nice to see something different.. Your clan apt is 'atmospheric' and blends in to a 'NEW' theme.. unlike the Pro-city clan apts.. same old same old :(
The first week of retail NC2 I was messing around with my clan apartment. Found out how to go through the window with a chair... Too bad there was nothing of use outside. I made a table ladder trying to get on top of the apartment but there was a roof :p

We've been told the cabinet cap is 20. Haven't tried it myself, so can't confirm.

I only had two characters total on two accounts (pluto forever!...) So my saturn slots were open. I went there and got millions and millions from friends and random people the last day of Neocron1. Everyone had tons of cash and no use for it. One of my friends claims the faction changing npcs also gave him 300k and changed his faction instead of taking away the money (I didnt try this) So yeah. I got 150 cst tools and sold them in Neocron 2 with a friends barter (after they re-added them, not at yos). Also sold a few guns I took from NC1 among other things. Also I hunted... and did two epics :D

I moved 4 chars over, total money value 2 mil, i had 400 k in total when I came to nc2..
my chars were set down to 200 k max per char, but i only had money on 2 chars.
He didn't have his money transfered, he means he got a bunch of money on Saturn and bought 10 150const tools per 8 chars, giving him about 80 tools to sell in NC2. That's about 14mil when you sell them with a 150 barterer.

There's a limit of 20 cabinets in one appartment, but no limit to the total items.

I tried placing a table in my starter apt and that wouldn't work, not sure if that's the same with every furnished apt you buy, but at least for the starter apts

In answer to the 'can you put furniture in your starter appy' question, the answer is "Yes - you can' :) I had some of this stuff placed around my starter appy while I was working on my TH appy... You can't remove or reposition the items of furniture that actually come with a starter appy, but you can add more and place it where you wish :)

Yeah, placing objects is a real pain in the arse ^^ I spent most of the day placing and re-placing the stuff in my appy, trying to get everything lined-up square to everything else, etc, etc...
And what's the deal with tatamimats? They seem to have an invisible 'lip' that you can't simply walk over - you have to jump it :(

Level 2 VR apts have a balcony with a sea view. They also have a big screen TV and very bright lights.
When I finally feel safe about my cash balance.. ill mod up my apt.. and then have a little video of it instead of screenies :D *goes to earn cash*

Afaik, TH apartments are only available from the vendor in Tech Haven Sector 2... (That's where I got mine anyway)... There are 4 apartments available... Standard (137,985), Standard Unfurnished (137,985), 2nd Level (275,972) and 2nd Level Unfurnished (275972)... No level 3's at this time...
My appy in the screenies on page 4 is the 2nd Level Unfurnished, which I customised...
TH apartments are so cramped :( They make baby Crahn cry. Level 2 is barely better than level 1, as it's just an upstairs added. A VERY SMALL upstairs. Or upgravlift, whatever.
Give us level 3 TH apartments! (note, not vertical. horizontal. Not a la 2nd TH, but 3rd Plaza).
I wonder what happened to the old FA clan apts... do they still exist as artifacts of a bygone age? It would be real nice if those were the TH level 3 apts now, or will be, or yeah, that would be nice. :)

I wish they'd do that with the outzone and canyon ones too. Though those two need to be a bit cheaper as they're in less safe areas.
