Whats the population of the international server now? I asked like 2 weeks ago and heard the numbers were pretty disappointing, has it gotten any better? Id like to play NC again but theres really no point if there arent people to play with, so can someone tell me 1) how many people are on in the afternoons-evenings east coast time and 2) are the numbers rising steadily or does it look like the pop will stay low?
its definatly got better.. i have to push past people in some zones.. worse than ive ever seen in NC 1.. a definate population increase at set times :)

The int server (terra) reaches 450+ at times. Havin't seen it below 250 yet (rarely see it below 300).
yea terra is usually around 350 in east coast afternoon

Your account is still a paid account, as you're posting on the forum, so why not upgrade anyway? Your playtime from Neocron 1 carries over so it's hardly a massive problem.

About £15 or so (If upgrading from Neocron 1), but that also includes a month free on top of what you've already got. Pretty cheap, all things considered.
Some people have had issues with Click2Pay, but I didn't have any personally; and I know quite a few other people who didn't either.

It's about £11 I think, you get 1 free month afaik.

The thing is you can no longer go into nc1 to set up your quickbelts.
What you were carying is what you take along.

I hope prepared your chars' QB in NC1 before the NC2 launch?
I mean it sounded like you didn't prepare the QBs of your char and AFAIK you cannot transfer any /other/ items anylonger. What was is your QB like 3 days before NC2 launch is what you transfer.
Or did I misunderstand something? :)

I think KK made a last backup on 25 september, all items you can transfer are the ones you had on your char (implants, armor, quickbelt except for some items) at that time.
All the rest cant be transferred.

What was is your QB like 3 days before NC2 launch is what you transfer.
The screenie of the chars was made after NC1 went down.
Remember that the imp and armour slots are also saved.

There might be a few le'd peeps but get to places to find people to kill is much easer and theres allways people to kill PP3 for instance no gaurds but plenty people to kill. MB CM's now neutral to all but TG is a killing ground no one is safe from the gaurds everywhere is dangerous just how NC1 should have been

vet, considering the fact this game is only available via download. I'd say the numbers are decent. The real test should be when the boxed version hits worldwide, or europe only or whatever is done.

Because PP3 is the only place to get level 1 Psi equipment in Neocron proper, it's currently being camped by PKers. Once player-run stores go in this should stop.

I seconf on that. Actually, population is below 200-250 or 20% to be precise, and hardly rises till 17:00 cet maybe 18:00

I normally play 7pm-9pm CEST evenings, average pop on Terra is ~350 wich is good. But as mentioned, there isnt a bigger player base, just less servers.
We can thank C2P for that. Still NC-1 people that are trying to get in... o_O Some gave up. Some new customers gave up as well.
Hopefully KK and 10tacle will keep up the advertising and the boxed version will hit the stores, then we might see new customers, but probably loose some existing ones to new upcoming MMORPGs as well.
The populations are the same for the International servers, just stuffed onto one server that now is saddled with the same problems Saturn had (database corruption). There is no item tracking and there are no player stores. Until those two go in, you're better off just waiting unless you need to level an army of alts.
The GGs and Cabinets dissappearing has started again. Without item tracking, it's another case of "Here's 100k. Thank you, come again."

Terra seems to be basically Saturn plus about 100 (at most). I'm sure Uranus had more than 100 online on average (99 if you include Pluto ;)).
Not too good but I suppose a lot of the Germans from Saturn and Uranus are now on the German 4-slot. Even so......

i think he means that for now ya can only download neocron but as soon as a box-version comes out in the stores more (new) people will enter neocron
could be sumthing else also ffcourse, with the weird internet codelanguage going around here :) who knows maybe the box is here allready (i dunno, here in antwerp i havent seen one in the stores yet)
with all them boxes around here, reading this i gonna put on "the letter" from the box_tops :)
