Doom Beamer, wtf?

I just traded for a Doom Beamer, and when I checked the stats it showed TL 110. :wtf:

I could have sworn it used to be TL 115. Did I miss something? WTF happened? I don't read every thread, so maybe I missed if this was mentioned or not.

Not that I'm complaining or anything, since I'm 3 STR short of a TL 115 cannon anyways. But............?

Any other stealth weapon changes anyone's noticed?

Yeah, they NERFED it......

And there was no compensation for that NERF, either....
IE; They didn't add a new HC weapon or up the TL of any other HC weapon....

Pretty much useless, IMO.....
Not that the DB was ever of much use....
