New missions/quests?

Ive been hunting around, and hearing stuff about quests, yet never geting any new missions and what not. But I remain completly clueless. so could anyone please enlighten me on the missions and quests that are now availible in NC2?

well there is the thing with the npc and juggernaught thing for a rifle or pistol or something.

it´s an ion crossbow i think it is, was a piccie of it some time ago.. I just don´t think I saw any restrictions on it.. but it might just be my bad memory.. ill just look shortly for it, think i have a piccie of it..

don´t know what or where for it tho.
