Looking for a coat (Or: In need of fetish gear, but I don't know where to look)

First of all, this is the ONLY picture I know of which accurately reflects what I'm looking for so don't get too worked up about it....although, yes, I already know where to get ahold of a gas-mask and helmet so I'm covered in those regards.

Anyway!

Simply put, do any of you know where I might be able to get a sodding great big trenchcoat like the one shown off by our friend in the picture here? Over MSN a friend gave me this advice (Quotes are taken directly from MSN, so the grammar and spelling haven't been touched):

If you live in the UK (i don't see why the states or any other western nation should be different) then most major cities have some kind of specialist leather shop that might have (or certainly could make) something like that for you. Be warned, leather is very expensive in things as large as that.

Yeah, I gathered. Heh. But now I'm holding down a steady income I can save up for it; I'll just have to forsake all other worldly goods in the process. I suppose Christmas is coming up pretty soon though, gives me an excuse to splurge as well as call in some favours.

Leather jackets around ther are around 250 a piece - although most towns/cities have a specialist leather shop - I'm taking a guess at about 250-350 for a trenchcoat.

Once you get a trenchcoat youll be happy. I have a nice big leather trenchcoat and it makes you look really big and sophisticated.

I dunno - very few people pull of a leather trenchy. They tend to make regular people look stick thin and drowned in leather, and Large peoples look like die hard matrix fans. Gimme a good moleskin jacket anyday.
