was going to be a status with reward for people who had completed EVERY epic in the game but was supposedly scrapped and is no more.

Thats it, unless of course you mean the paladin tank from C&C Generals but i dont think you do :) :p

if youve seen somone with that title its probably due to the bug which somhow lets people use that feature*.

Problem is that the notion of what a paladin would be in NC is not the sort of person given what they have to do to gain that status.
The paladin is someone who has gained the respect and sympathy with all the factions and acts as a mediator and buffer between them. Whereas the NC paladin has pepeatedly ganked and betrayed his way through the factions.

The name of paladin does not suit the role anyway.
A paladin is a person who is a fanatical devotee to a cause (usually for 'good') not a neutral intermediery.

An NC 'paladin' would be more of a 'hero', and would probably have to gain his status through RP and his deeds.

And that dude... you should have ganked him for being full of shit and an asshole to boot.

edit: AND. The NExT and DRE epics can't be completed atm. :lol:

I was thinking about doing it and, in the olden days I'd have made a serious effort to be the first to be a Paladin ... these days I cba.....

There's a temp fix NPC for both in place. These basically allow you to skip the non-working mission, and still get any rewards you're supposed to get.
