Yes its gonna be a hrad thing ...

Plan is simple get to Cm ..How ? well kill a TG, do missions, kill a TG Do missions, to get SL up ... then CM to CA is easy, kill a TG , Kill another TG ... Then you can get to CA ...No you are screwed cause CA = 50, Anti City (All) -99

Jump to CM
Comming back... Kill a Tangent, do missions, Kill a tsangent do missions Till you can do missions for Anti city

All this can be done in a week me thinks ...

You start off with neg symp for the ooposite side so you cant do missions..

For PPU I have no idea ....

if you just want a damn glove.. do bio / pp epics and trade moveon / ppr for the glove :D
