Is it my imagingation or can't you buy shields in MB from the psi traders?

You would have thought that basic deflector and besic shelt would be available.

I assume that CM HQ is in MB?
TBH I haven't a clue as I haven't been to MB in NC2

there are 4 traders - all in sec 2 of mb

1 at medicare

1 at supply depot

1 at the place inbetween command centre and supply depot

and i think another one just passed the command centre near sector 3

yes, one of them sells shields :p

As far as i explored MB HQ after last patch there were 6 PSI smugglers,

you forgot the 2 in the GR room I guess (well I thought it was there I saw them, Ill have to check tonight).

sheilds are sold by the support smuggler, he's in the Intelligence room
