If you use the "configure" button on the launcher, you can set which port you want it to use. You cant use ports below 6000 though.

by doing that in the config . you cant also get 2 clients running on the same pc

In my Neocron.ini the local port is 20999

Check yours it may be differant....

yup this is your best bet. set it to whatever you want in the NC launcher client
