lol yeah ive noticed some NPCs not totally where they should be

like i saw a copbot at MB earlier, not a mad one and actualy copbot, but it didnt have a name and its rank was 0/0

and does any one know what the things that smuggler guy in I09 are used for? like mysterious broken implant? hes just behind the twister headed for the DoY tunnel

oh and are the 44th still supposed to be out at El Farid?

the GMs forgot to despawn that one most likely. Think he might of been a guard for the pepper bar or the shooting range. He seems to keep on respawning as I've witnessed the city guards fighting him a couple of days this past week.
