Add hack info for skillguide please Mr/Mrs GM

Can a GM please add the information of what effects what in hacknet to the skillguide in the announcments page? I remember seeing it in the forums somewhere but I can not find it now. I'm speaking of things that effected your stam, hlt hack freq and hack damage and not just your hacking of warbots and OPs.

The way the skills affect the software dmg/freq/range/hp/speed/hackpower?

In hacknet there are 5 key things that are important to know what skills effect them. I think i remember INT, Hack, High Tech, Stam, HLT effecting these but I do not remember how.

Health
Stamina
Hack Frequency
Hack Damage
Hack Range

and possibly

Hack Handling???
Resists???

No ETA on updated guide, as nothing has changed as of yet, and I have a few other higher priority projects on the go.
