TT epic kill gone with the wind

Replaced the targets for the Tangent and Tsunami NPC epic kills by lower level NPCs is what the update says...
I say nope
Did check all NPC's around biotech and all I got was -19 SL :mad:
Or did you spawn the guy up in DOY somewhere ??
Well did kill the 20/20 guy at least and no luck all I got is the RED SL GRRRRRRRRRR

Well I solved the problem but you KK should have been puutting a new char for the epic kill instead of using an old one :wtf:

They have, Outside BT HQ. Stand outside, looking at the HQ from the subway. There's a female NPC, kill her. If you stand on the rail running along the top of her then you can escape the copbots that start to shoot you easily.

Also the Director of Operations *is* there, you just need to look for a bit longer. Don't kill the TT DoO, like I did :rolleyes:
