Theres a smuggler on the left as you enter the crahn church who sells all the spells. But if you dont have anti city symp that it could be a problem :p

umm he doesnt sell all teh spells afaik...but most he does any others DM meh and i can get from FSM.....for a small service fee

The Crahn church as in the Crahn HQ? or as in D_06 (is that the right sector?)

yup oh the ones u listed teh first post can def be bought from smuggler
